Accurate licensing plans, clearly prepared

48hr Express

Many licence applications begin with an accurate plan showing how the premises are arranged and intended to operate. Initial Designs prepares clear licensing drawings for businesses and property owners across Shropshire and the wider West Midlands, with remote support available across the UK.

Get the right information in place

Plans can be prepared for premises licences, HMO licences, special treatment licences, pavement licences and other applications where accurate drawings are required.

If you are starting with an empty premises, we can also help establish the layout itself. This is particularly useful for bars, restaurants and hospitality businesses that need to consider customer capacity, service style, staffing and day-to-day operation before committing to a fit-out.

Once the layout is agreed, the appropriate drawings can be prepared for use as part of your application.
